Overall the service was good! My room included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk.

Generally, the place was PERFECT and had affable stuff in that staff member. The location was favourable for Kamianets-Podilskyi, not far from the center and the centre of the Old Town and the bowling alley. It also was in an Incredible Downtown Location Close to Everything. We got incredible breakfasts with live music.

I stayed at Kleopatra Vip Hotel for a weekend with my family and kids, and it was perfect. The large and elegant rooms were a great fit for us, and the hotel had plenty of facilities to keep everyone entertained. Its location within walking distance to the fortress/castle added to its charm. The pool was a highlight too, and overall, it was a great place to stay during our regional exploration.

The location here is excellent for seeing the Fortress, and the bed in the room is large, with a very fashionable and spotless bathroom.

I had a fantastic queen room with a separate living area and an amazing view, plus the location was very convenient right next to the ancient fortress.

This hotel boasts a prime location just beside a major fortress in the historical city center. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the castle and old town from many of the rooms.

The Wi-Fi could be improved.

The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city. We loved the fact that the hotel provided complimentary parking, which was a great plus, especially in the city center. Another great thing was the inclusive breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be able to explore the ancient fortress and major castle, which were just next door. The room was incredible, with all the amenities we needed including heating, air conditioning, and even tea and coffee facilities. We loved having a terrace to enjoy the beautiful views and the free Wi-Fi in the room was a great bonus. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service and always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort.

It was a perfect location for us, as we could walk everywhere and the hotel offered parking facilities. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch: the pool and spa were delightful. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations.
